Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below. Return Eligibility Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order if the product is damaged during transit, you received the wrong product, the product has a manufacturing defect, or the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened: skincare products, cosmetics, personal care products, essential oils, soaps, hair care products, and any item marked as non-returnable. Return Process Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery. Share your order number along with photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect product. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup where available or guide you through the return process. After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund or replacement. Refund Policy Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product passes quality inspection. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI after receiving the required details. Exchange Policy We offer product replacements for damaged items, defective products, and incorrect items delivered. Replacement requests are subject to product availability. Order Cancellation Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. However, eligible products may be returned according to this policy.
