Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • You will receive an email/SMS notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Time

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Express Delivery: 1–3 business days (where available).

  • Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen delays from courier partners.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email/SMS.

  • You can track your shipment anytime using the provided tracking number.

Damaged / Leaked / Wrong Product Delivery

Please notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and photos.
We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Return & Refund Policy (Cosmetic Products)

Due to hygiene and safety standards, cosmetic and personal care products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened, used, or tampered with.

Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Product delivered is damaged, leaked, or broken.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The product is expired or has manufacturing defects.

Return request must be raised within 48 hours of order delivery with proof (unboxing video mandatory).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used cosmetic products

  • Products with tampered seals

  • Items bought during sale/offer

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Price-discounted combos

Refund Process

  • After inspecting the returned product, refund will be initiated within 3–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit, based on customer preference/brand policy.

Replacement Policy

If the product is available in stock, a replacement will be shipped once return verification is completed.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

  • Prepaid order cancellations will be refunded within 3–7 business days.
